typically cost between $150 and $190 per market, depending on what you sell, where we’re going, how many markets we do with you per week, and what we’re helping with.
At the most basic level, we store just your gear, drop it at market in the AM, pick it up at the end of the day.
At most, we’d check, restock & maintain that gear, and handle all your product. That means receiving and packing per market, storing leftovers and turning them over for the next market, or reporting on inventory so you can restock.
Our Market Management
can vary between a fixed monthly fee or a percentage of gross sales depending on the business. In this case, we’re treating your business like its our own.
You tell us your production capacity and limitations, we help you choose the right markets, find the right people, and keep your stands looking beautiful and run smoothly.
Ideally we’re also handling your logistics as well.
Every business’ needs are different. We can make your markets operate as smoothly as if they were a wholesale account, leaving you to work other markets, or just focus on production.
Typically, we help our clients keep their total market operating costs between 30% and 40% of gross revenue.

If your product has 300 variations, is bulky, heavy, messy, breakable, perishable, costly to dispose of/donate, refrigerated, frozen, and you want us to know exactly how much of it you have at the drop of a hat, it’s going to cost more per market and per month.
But we know we’re not selling mousepads, we’re running farmers market stands. We know how to do this efficiently and within your budget.

We try to keep our rates consistent, but pricing will vary based on how many markets we take you to, what day of the week your market is, and whether or not we’re already stopping at your market.

If you just need us to store your stuff and get it to-and-from market, that’s easy.
But we can do so much together!
We can pick up directly from your farm, pack for market, track in-and-out inventory, hire, train and motivate staff, handle cash, whatever you want you to stop and us to start.
If we’re handling more than basic operations and stockkeeping, we like to settle on a management stipend and performance incentives.
